Everyday Orders

Everyday orders are currently shipping in a week or less. Lead time should remain the same until the Atlanta market which begins June 9th. If there are any substantial changes to the lead time I will send out an email notice letting you know.

Fall Orders

Fall orders are already shipping within a week as well. If your customer would specifically like their fall order to ship later please note that on the order and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note that September and October are black out months and ship dates cannot be requested for that time period.

Holiday Orders

You can begin submitting holiday 2026 orders immediately and they will be held until we open our holiday shipping window in August. Orders will automatically ship in the order they are received. If your customer would like their order to ship ASAP please just note that on the order and we will get it out sooner. Please note that September and October are black out months and ship dates cannot be requested for that time period.

Key points to remember:

*Everyday and fall items will be processed/shipped together unless specifically requested otherwise.  

*Holiday items should be submitted on a separate order if your customer does not want everything to ship together ASAP. Holiday orders will begin shipping August 1st in the order received unless otherwise noted.

*Shipping rates generally equal 10-15% of the order total and are capped if they exceed 15%.  

*Customers requesting to ship FexEx they must provide their account number and will incur a 3% processing fee.

*Customers requesting UPC barcode labeling of our product will incur a 3% convenience fee.

*Please submit ALL orders and general inquiries to mail@marylakethompson.com. General inquiries include checking order status, providing credit card information, or making any corrections/changes to an existing order that is already in house. I am still receiving emails daily at this point from reps in regards to the status of an order or to make claims etc. These inquiries need to be directed to our general email, not to me personally.

*Orders submitted that are incomplete (missing CC, missing phone number/address, unclear custom printing instructions, under minimum qty’s or minimum order total) will automatically be treated as a low priority order and will be delayed without immediate notice to you or your customer.   

*Please send orders in as ‘ASAP’ whenever possible. Since we do make most of our items to order it makes it very difficult to accommodate a large number of orders with ship date requests. If your customer needs to request a ship date we just ask that you reach out to our office for approval beforehand.
