Hello Everyone!

It is the official release of our new Everyday & Fall 2026 collections! I will keep this email as brief as I can but please read through it in it’s entirety. As always if you have any questions after reading through this email please let me know!   

Everyday Orders

Everyday orders will begin shipping mid to late December.

Valentines & Easter

I know very well that business owners are solely focused on Christmas at the moment. It can be impossible to get them to sit down and think about Valentines or Easte, however any customer who you can get to write now for these holidays will be in a good position once we begin shipping those items. I would advise any Valentines Day orders to be placed by the end of December. Please remember that Valentines and most of Easter can only be found in the Winter 2025 printed catalogs.

Key points to remember:

*Please place separate orders for everyday and fall, with the understanding that the fall products will automatically begin shipping May/June of 2026.

*Shipping rates generally equal 10-15% of the order total and are capped if they exceed 15%.  

*If a customer requests to ship FexEx they must provide their account number and will incur a 3% processing fee.

*Any customers requesting UPC barcode labeling of our product will incur a 3% convenience fee.

*Please submit a California Resale Request form (NOT A COPY OF THEIR RESALE CERTIFICATE) with all new orders for customers opening an account in California. – PINSKI-PORTUGAL & AIR CO REPS PLEASE NOTE THIS! (I have attached a copy of this form for your convenience)

*Please submit ALL orders and general inquiries to mail@marylakethompson.com. General inquiries include checking order status, providing credit card information, or making any corrections/changes to an existing order that is already in house. These inquiries need to be directed to our main email, not to me personally.

*Orders submitted that are incomplete (missing CC, missing phone number/address, unclear custom printing instructions, under minimum qty’s or minimum order total) will automatically be treated as a low priority order and will be delayed without immediate notice to you or your customer.   

*Please send orders in as ‘ASAP’ whenever possible. Since we do make most of our items to order it makes it very difficult to accommodate a large number of orders with ship date requests. If your customer needs to request a ship date you must get approval from our office prior to submission or the ship date requested will be disregarded.

*Minimums for simple customizations (MLT/MSD image with name drop, city & state, or print ready logo provided by the customer) are on page 3 of the catalog. These minimums remain the same even if the items are being reordered as before.

*For information on custom minimums that do not fall under the above mentioned examples please call or email to confirm minimums.

*We do not allocate inventory. Orders are fulfilled based on what is in stock at the time of fulfillment, not what was in stock at the time the customer placed the order.

Product Updates

*Due to recent international tariff changes and the volatility of current policies we again had to make the very hard decision to not bring in new everyday melamine and ceramics for 2026. This was not a decision we made lightly as this is a huge sales category for our customers. The risk this season was just too high. We feel optimistic that we can resume offering these products for holiday 2026 if conditions become more stable. In the meantime we have included all everyday melamine and ceramic items in this holiday catalog that are still on hand. Quantities will be very limited.

*Only towel assortments shown in the current catalog are available. Towel assortments shown in previous catalogs are no longer available.

*If you have key accounts with pricing agreements inform them of relevant price changes as soon as possible. If you need to confirm updated pricing with our office please let me know as soon as possible.

Print catalogs were mailed to all of our existing customers Monday November 17th. It generally takes 2-3 weeks for customers on the mailing list to receive the catalog. All rep sample kits/catalogs will ship out mid-Decembe. Until then you will have to work from the digital catalog which can be downloaded from the link below. If you would like additional samples after you receive your kit (perhaps some regionally specific designs or products) please let me know and I would be more than happy to accommodate your request.
