TAX EXEMPTION INFORMATION

Compendium/Penguin Random House(PRH) is concerned that wholesale terms and benefits are extended to wholesale customers only. Proof of tax exemption & a complete account application is required from retail partners.

For ease in completing a tax exemption form, PRH has created a folder containing current STATE SPECIFIC TAX EXEMPTION FORMS used by PRH. Forms have been pre-populated with PRH company info, so you need only complete your portion of the form. CLICK HERE TO FIND YOUR STATE FORM. You will also find Multistate Tax Commission (MTC) Uniform Sales & Use Tax Exemption Certificate in the folder. This form may be used in the following states that participate in the Multistate Tax Commission: AL, CO, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IO, KY, KS, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NV, OH, OK, SD, TN, UT, VT, WA, WI, WY.
