June 2025: Penguin Random House (PRH) has introduced a new policy that requires a copy of a valid reseller certificate to be on file and validated before shipping any customer orders.

1. New customers: Reps must ensure the first order includes a valid certificate.

2. Existing customers: Our accounting team will contact customers directly and will reach out to the assigned sales rep if we can’t obtain the necessary information.

 Certificate requirements:

1. Seller Information be either blank or addressed to

2. 400 Hahn Rd, Westminster, MD 21157

1. Match the state where the order is being shipped (not the billing address)

2. Be current (not expired)

3. Be sent to araccounting@compendiuminc.com (not order@)

 Important: Validation will delay orders; the sooner we receive the certificate, the faster we can ship.. Orders for NEW accounts will be held until the certificate is validated.
